If there was no sun, the earth would be cold and abandoned but with the sun, there is warmth, light and clarity. But if I was blind, I could not perceive this glory, I could not comprehend about color and depth, or about the difference between night and day.

Then, there is not only the sun or the light, not only my eyes but my capacity to appreciate. And all this would begin not only with the appreciation of the outer side as the starting point but the appreciation of my inner self.

If I don’t have confidence, I will not look at the horizon and will not be able to distinguish and much less to know the value of spring, the profound, poetic, mystic and completely real meaning of life.

If I don’t have self affection and self love, I will not be able to love.

How can I appreciate? This is the beginning.

Now, as the second step: The confidence, the security that is built, that is shared, must be developed to the point that we become very close.

I have to believe in the world because it surrounds me with its land, its people, its food, its strength, its peace. And as a vision of solidarity, my blood must be the blood of the people and I must answer to their presence, with happiness and concern. Because if I did not believe, I would not have neither history nor presence. I could never picture myself in the future of others. And it happens when I take refuge in their eyes, in their soul and my soul. Then, confidence is the second step.

The third, necessarily is Love. But the steps don’t have to be separated or one after the other since they are as a flower and its color and aroma that beautify the morning, which brings clarity and expansion and dissipates the shadows. The dew that brings moist to the fields as little diamonds of light in the prairies.

If I don’t love, if I don’t feel, then I don’t exist. I would become useless and will not be able to take, to give. If I can’t give, I can’t receive confidence, credibility, solidarity and Universal Love, which are the paths to meet God.

Mystic Healing Art is, a profound instrument, of meditation and abstraction, that takes us to a mystical experience, clearly defined, in which we learn to see, that other spaces and times exist inside us. When we change the reference, of the superior reality, then, we realize that this reality is based on a universal, rather than, on an individual vision and perception. The "I" is not contained, in the space of the present but in the universe. Man and the universe, are energies flowing and only this stage of knowledge, allows to understand ,that the universe is a whole of vital energetic emanations. We all are included, in the Call of the Spirit, which is a sustainable good. The human destiny is a common destiny altogether, since the Earth is, like a great ship traveling by space, as one man, searching for his destiny. We all are one, and one we are all .

We are individual beings and this is an absolute truth but also, and in the same way, we are beings with an identity, that is to be common but not like an atheistic communism, but like a shared in common heart, that beats by the harmony of a healthy and useful body. We are like a hand. The fingers are different but as a whole, they conform an equilibrium. Just like the musical notes. Like the raindrops. We form a whole and this whole is "one." But, there is something important in this unit, that can't occur only, by thought or reason but by something more important.

And not by enthusiastic, obsessive fanaticism, mistakenly called religious. But rather by Love, which arises from the true God, who knows, how to give from Himself, and who shares with us the mystery of life. Making us to participate in the existence. And in the science of Love, through the common cause of good. Life, is not an accident nor a fortuitous chance. There is a profound and responsible reason, that has as its purpose, the freedom to be and to live in eternity But nothing of this, would make any sense without Love, in order to live and to be.

God is the source, the grace, inspiration, the power, the knowledge, the art of creation and is life itself. The spiritual experience happens, when we discover all this in our own life, but not only to keep it as a treasure. Since to do this, would be like finding a seed and doing nothing . Nevertheless, we must be like a luxuriant tree, that welcomes everyone who needs from it. And at the same time, in its expansion, is humble and glorifies its Creator, since man is a creature of divine similarity, because God has put breath of life in him; and man is not God but he is the one who faithfully loves God. And to know this, is more than wisdom. It is illumination.

The stars are in the sky, not only to illuminate the darkness, to guide the navigators in the sea or to dream, about them. They are in the sky, to glorify the infinite light, which is the Love of the eternal Creator. A wise person is the one who is free from vanity and pride. But wisest is the one who shares his spirit of devotion, his surrender and abnegation, in the path towards true Love, always giving the best of himself. But man can't do this alone. He needs the right inspiration, the integral force of the true God.

This is the reason why, spirituality is, an eternal divine romance between the Creator and His creature. Between the creature and the Creator. From this same source, from this same principle and because of this same reason, art is inspiration of the Creator. And His creature should naturally bring forth, the foundation of Love.

The meditation on the Mystic Healing Art, develops and expands our experience with the Cosmos, allowing a consciousness, without the frontiers of thought, time and space.

It begins with the awakening of the consciousness of the inner space.

Thoughts are instruments of tangible materializing facts. When the ideas are well established, the thoughts are like the captain of the boat, who take us to the established destiny, since that is their purpose.

Thoughts are like links in a chain, that begin in the deepest part of man and only end in his path to eternity. For that reason, thoughts must be observed and purified, since are easy prey of every passion.

When thoughts are disciplined, they become like a building, a structure well organized, allowing the thoughts to live in this structure. And this is the case of doctrines, philosophy, since thoughts are leaders and slaves of themselves.

Thoughts are as flame of fire, they can give light, heat, or can become a dreadful fire.

Thoughts must be subject to order and to the perfect balance of the spirit, and in this way, thoughts will be, faithful, loyal and worthy. But without spirituality, thoughts turn into chaos, become obsessive, belligerent and harmful. For that reason reflection and prayer, lead the thoughts to a productive region of calmness and serenity.

Two Doves. For Reflection

Two doves, male and female were playing the game of love, they were flying, almost touching their wings, but without touching. Every day by dusk, they would approach more and more. But one day, the male did not arrive, neither the next day and the female wondered, what could have happened. The third and fourth day passed and the female grew in anguish and in that anguish she discovered that it was not only a game, it was wooing, the magic of love was calling them.

When the female realized this, she flew higher, trying to find his male and when she saw a white wing, she hurriedly flew there, but the cruel surprise of destiny was that the recently found love, had found other destiny. The male was contemplating another female and together they were building a nest.

When the female saw this, she took a fast turn and flew away from him, better said, from them.
The female dove crying in her heart asked heaven for an answer:

-Why love, why my love, did you abandon me?

-I would have never abandoned you, you only saw me the day that you lost me.

When love arrived to your life, you did not take him, you let him fly and he flew away from your destiny because you never gave him the warmth of a home.

Was the answer he received.

Truly profound is what touches the soul and also returns to the surface transformed in something greater. Because the inner being, always has something more to give in return; that is the reason that it is always sought to give, more than, to receive.

If -by example, you plant a seed with dedication and love, some day soon, you will see the flower.

Deeply rooted, is what makes yours, what was not, because it touched you somewhat, because you accepted it unconditionally.

Let's say you meet a person any given day, who is completely unknown to you, but after some time, you realize that the person is very special. And the unknown person becomes, the person that you like and call friend. And if the feeling is deeper, you call it love, and when this is truly rooted, it will be even above death.

Deep is the heart that opens its door; it is deep when the secret of affection has been understood because it has been nourished with sweetness and gentleness.

Deep is the valley and it is deep because you look at it from a distance, and while you do it, you think that you want to be there and although deep and distant, you already overcame the challenge and the distance because you are convinced and at the same time compromised with the depth that has been born in the superior desire of the dream, the adventure, the illusion, whatever could be, because you already have an intention and that is why, you have a goal and one thousand happy moments in that goal. And the fact is it always has very much to give.

To be able to understand about love

is necessary to experience it

with our whole being .

Not only with the heart

with the mind and the body .

But also

love has to go above itself .

Love should not be limited

and should never be conditioned .

Love has to be spontaneous

fresh and renovated .

And full of a loyal and ardent

commitment .

Love has to be pure , candid

but intense and passionate

at the same time .

Love has to be whole and balanced

total and sensitive .

And why not say it ?

Love has to give from itself

so much

that it unites

itself with the beloved .

In this way

the morning receives

the daylight

and the darkness of the night

dissipates .

Love is like this ,

it discovers , reveals ,

shows , teaches

and always and on each case

surrenders with humility .

But it has the strength of the sea

the potency of lightning

and the tenderness of a flower .

Love is more that words .

It rules among feelings

and passions

but it also elevates

from the all and the nothing .

Love is not only a kiss ,

love is every day's kiss

is every instant's kiss

which always lives

in the heart

of the one who loves

and in the heart of the beloved.

The Natural Expression of the Spirit

The universe is the perfect work of the Creator. This creation has all the laws, norms, paths and avenues as time and space.

Man, as a creature inspired by the grandiosity of Goodness and Love, appreciates and feels the happiness and rhythm of life. He, then evokes this mystery and wonder by shaping it in different ways, as painting, music, poetry, sculpture, etc.
Mystic Healing Art is based on this dimension, which means, of this world and other worlds . It is shaped by the synergy of several parallel universes. Some are visible and others are invisible. At the same time, it takes from the same source of creation, the active and dynamic principles, that gave and give place to life.
By example : Color, form, essence and substance, that reflect with dignity the outer and inner worlds.
Man as well as the universe are both protagonists of life and they are inseparable since together , they were born and they are complement of an invisible unity . For this reason , man is a natural artist and art is the natural expression of the powerful and sublime human sensibility , which has its origin in the Creator Himself since art and man are a sign that life is not a coincidence but rather the action of existing in fullness.
Because art is feeling , energy , rhythm , balance , equilibrium , harmony that interweaves the whole life . And this active principle of been , makes creation , to get the characteristics of a beauty, beyond all that is material.
Art is objective, worthy, subjective, inner and outer. Also, is primordial, fundamental, practical, dynamic and vital.
What is the cause of all this? The answer is simple and profound : The work of man is also, movement of spiritual energy because art has arisen from inspiration and from the effort of work, dedication, tenacity, persistence, self analysis, sense of self criticism, reasoning, surrender, love, passion, loyalty, fidelity, magic, mystery and many other things, which represent a single sharing. They shape, in some way, the invisible and going beyond words, they are living purpose in a complete work that always aspires that Truth prevails.
Art is then, message and messenger, love and lover, that between lights and shadows, between to make and to die, expresses the feeling, the meaning of why to be and for what to live.
The Mystic Healing Art holds the elements that give structure to life since the dimension of color and form brings not only orientation but a portal to look at -without any veils, to what’s good and what’s good in the eyes of the one who looks at and feels.
Even more, by the universe been vibration of color and form combined with a particular condition and formula, they reveal universal principles of equilibrium and balance since color and its different shades, do not happen by chance but rather, they are the right source that gives place to life and its rhythms.

Does God abandon us?

The history of humanity shows that man and God -many times, seem to abandon each other, but it is certain that as much as man exists, God also exists and life is a process to know Him, to know us, to find, discover and be united. But there are rules, norms, foundations and laws.
In order to know God, is necessary to open to Him, allowing Him to be our guide, the captain of the ship of our life, the torch of light, that illuminates our darkness and to ask Him to be the wisdom in our lives. But God is much more.
God is not hidden in an image, or in the force of nature. God is known through an spiritual experience of Love and Love must be completely consequent.
If I don't look for true Love, the Love of God, His peace, presence, direction, then, I can't find Him. I can't find Him in violence, or lies, or hate, rancor or indifference towards my fellow men. I will find God in fidelity to Love, in mercy, compassion, reflection, even in the sacred sacrifice, where we offer the best of ourselves.
Prayer, by example, is essential in order to know God. The knowledge of God, also is, in some way, to move away from evil. God wants to invest us within, with sensibility, tenderness and humility.
God is faithful, nobody is as faithful as He is and his Love is infinite. We know this by faith, but not a faith based on dead word or written word, we know Him, with faith, in the active experience of the practice, always renewed with devotion and compassion.
Faith is the experience of growing in Love, living the Love, not only looking at it, contemplating or studying from far but from near, as near that we will know that God lives as the Lord of our life, heart, actions, feelings and thoughts.
God will never abandon us but we might think that when awful things happen, that God either has abandoned us or He is punishing us, but in truth, God is always sustaining the life of the whole universe, calling us to communicate with Him, in the experience of saintliness, in the acknowledgement of His Great Love that forgives everything and invites us to be part of Him and with Him.
The most important point of the spiritual experience is the Love of the Father to the Son and of the Son to the Father.
Jesus is the truth, the life, and the way. Those who feel abandoned by God, is that they don't know Jesus. When they look for him, their lives will open like a book and He will guide and accompany them.
There are no promises of greatness and riches of the material world but there is more greatness and riches in the spiritual world which will abound and there will be peace and Love. And with these foundations of life, life will be conquered, every suffering will be overcome and every sensation of abandonment will be left behind because God will never abandon us since His Love never ends.
Jesus, Jesus, I clamor for You and I claim in You, Truth and the whole life. You are the promise of Love, You are my only destiny, you are all my Love.

Insurmountable Problems

We may have problems, that may seem as huge walls in front of our eyes, trying to stop us. But we have to try to understand that nothing stays still, that everything advances.
That wall that seemed insurmountable, will fall by itself; because there is no obstacle that does not culminate, neither path in the darkness that finally does not get clear.
Because evil is a reality in itself, the effort of today will transform the wall, the mountain, in an stair, in a window, in a door leading to freedom and true success.
This is very well known by the persons who were in depression, processes of addiction or misfortunes; they have been able to overcome them, giving place to a better life, more ethical, worthy and completely true.
If there is lack of control, chaos, they are like smoke and sooner or later, they will dissipate.

When Everything seems to be Lost

But you must understand that in those moments, you are accompanied by an inner, superior force that wants to help you, but needs that you discover that there is power in faith. And although the resources and possibilities seem terrible, you have to know that it is the time and opportunity to be yourself. And by feeling apparently alone, you call unto God since you have this ability.

If the world seems to be burning, you can meet the Creator who will not allow anything to hurt you but you have to do the effort of improving and excelling because the conditions that you are facing now, have not come alone, since there are series of events in which you have intervened directly or indirectly and which have made you vulnerable.

But remember that this is the exterior world, in the inner world, in your faith, God has put a commandment, which is to love you and to lead you towards peace and prosperity. But you must grow and mature, you have to go beyond your senses and allow Love to intervene and in this way, you will know his strength, his purity, his compassion, his justice and his kindness.

Take refuge in prayer, but not as a escape but as fortitude where you will recover from the wounds. Life, sometimes, turns into a terrible battle but you have to learn to be yourself, to search for good, expressing charity and equity and then, you will gather the fruits. If you think that you are not getting them, that life is not fair, that you are thirsty, hungry, that you are experiencing cold and disease, don't think that everything has been lost.

I have been and I have known extreme situations but the presence of God has always intervened. The creation is Love and Love keeps on being the primordial light. It may be that you are sick, alone, that you feel confused, that they have broken your heart in a thousand pieces, that your friends have left you, that nobody comes to see you.

It may even happen that you are in a desert with nobody in sight, or you may be in a mountain made out of iron. Or you may not have food, you may feel exhausted, or feeling the open wounds and feeling like dying. Or you may feel like facing hell, or in front of a killer who wants to hurt you. It does not matter, how serious the situation is. I want you to know that God exists and that he is waiting for you to open your heart and receive Him.

Then, you will see the Creator in you. But don't look for Him only in times of need but because He is wisdom, justice, truth and especially because He loves you since you were in your mother's womb. He is the source of life and the life of the whole universe.

He will never abandon you. When your last moment comes in life and you start facing death, don't think that He has left you.

He will always be with you and at the same time, He will always be waiting for you. His embrace is absolute, whole. He will not push you back. Call unto Him and be as worthy as possible to receive Him. Although we cannot raise to Him, be humble to listen, to look for Him and although you may be in an extreme situation, He will always be in you. He will never abandon you.

The Victory of Kindness

We find Envy contemplating the light, while thinking: "I am better, more brilliant, with more brightness. Darkness is what dominates since it is a superior light."

And a compassionate Kindness approached and said: " You do have light but it is neither of shadows nor of darkness, look inside you.

And Envy said: " You speak to me in riddles, wanting to confuse me since you only want to refer to that light that you called inner light. I will tell you that I only know the shadows as brightness." And Kindness replied with sublime compassion: " My words are said not to confuse you but to make you understand. I want you to see the reality for a moment. Nobody wants to afflict you. On the contrary, we want you to see the true light."

And she repeated: " Look inside you, then." And Envy replied: " I only see horror inside. The horror of seeing you walking high, so high that I cannot reach you; and this is the reason that I do not want to look at you." and Kindness said again:

" Try just for a moment. Put aside every concept and idea. Just look inside you and do not judge, do not criticize. And a flower will be born there which is the true light. I do not want to contend with anybody, but rather to share something more than the wisdom, the essence of Love." Therefore, Envy, like trying to show off, looked inside and was instantly transformed, because Kindness won her heart and transformed her into the Inner Soul.

The meaning of living is not only to exist in a form, in a body with different ideas and emotions in time and space since life has a purpose that is not wealth, is not power, is not happiness, is not health, is not joy, is not pleasure. And this does not mean that the above is exclusive, but life is much more than this and that, it is even more than what is conceivable, or unthinkable.

Life from the deepest spiritual perspective is not the kind of life that I can reach or achieve but what I mean, is not exclusive to this either.

Let’s define: Life means that I will not be and will not live in me but God – excuse the presumption, will live in me. Let me not decide or smile, or cry, but God will, because He will exalt me to the greatest magnitude when He lives in me and for me.This knowledge is the supreme explanation of holiness and of the spiritual path and there will not be highest perspective of life but when God makes His Will.

Life, is a Divine gift and has more than a single meaning. This is known when we learn the art of living. The stages of consciousness and work are very important. This is meant by appreciation and starts with a series of stages.
We will begin with one that is the center of all, since all coincide in it.
Responsibility : Before my eyes intertwines the mystery of life and I ask myself :
What is this ? What is my place and my role ? Where do I belong ? Where should I go ?
We all, somewhat, have asked these same questions because we have discovered many conditions, urgencies, talents, virtues, needs and requirements.
Responsibility is an inner call to do, to act, to define, to make concrete, to accomplish, to dream and to live in fullness.
When responsibility calls, it means that we have reached the height and maturity to understand that our actions have consequences and that from these consequences, ties and relationships with life itself arise.
Responsibility is an spiritual light which allows me to see wonderful treasures in front of me. It helps to distinguish what I want and also to take care and protect what is happening since the culture of good and of the accomplished work, is internalized.
Responsibility is as an angel, it illuminates my path. Because it talks without words, telling me which is the destiny, and what is most important, it unites me with the destiny of the ocean of life. Because I am not alone, I share my happiness and sadness. I share a testimony of my feelings and thoughts because I also canalize my intention of transforming what I feel and I think. But, besides, and this is most important, I listen to the heartbeat of the others, as my own heart. Because responsibility makes me understand that my actions will bring the others as well as me, a seed that will germinate, a tree that will give fruits or a tree that will not give fruits or only a desert if I don’t work in the search for good.
Responsibility is more than a term, more than a word. It may seem as a heavy burden to carry but all these are passing uneasiness. Because only the responsible person is the person who knows how to Love.
I have to say wonderful things about Responsibility, like : Everything that I have given, everything that I have learned, and everything that I need to learn. Because, I have seen the ties and connections and the importance of everything in existence, in which, I have appreciated the order of life. And every day, I am able to have a better understanding that nothing happens by chance, that God exists, that He is the cause and origin of the spirit, of responsibility itself.
Since all that has been created, sustains all that has grown. And I contemplate in this the grandiosity of God and His unlimited Love.
How to become responsible ? There are many paths, but it all starts with a first step and this arises, awakes, blooms, when we start asking ourselves whether we want to live, taking life with direction, control, balance and equilibrium , where things will not happen by accident or by chance but that we will be really interested in effective changes in the direction that we establish.
What to do when responsibility hurts you ? Each one of the beings who exist in the whole universe have a reason to be. We all participate interactively by being and by feeling. All this extends to everything in existence because we all take from all, in one or other way.
Life is not possible if we are not united to what is happening in the lives of the others.
This is the reason that our actions affect others and the actions of others affect us. In many occasions, all these relationships become a pressure which is too big and too painful.
And is explained as follows : Responsibility is not only to assume a leading role, rather it is necessary, to become prepared to be able to confront each of the many situations that we will have to face in life.
But if we assume responsibilities without realizing its implications the moment will come when we will break our limits and then will be too late.
Pain comes when we have gone beyond what we can reach and worries start to rise. The subject is important because to be responsible does not mean to assume everything, it means to weigh our capacity and to find how to be more efficient.
When we are too involved already , and is almost impossible to get out of the conflict, this is what causes pain, this is what causes conflict. We, then try to blame life even blame God. It is much better to be aware of our capacity and be very careful. And when reaching extremes, we have to take each one of the situations with due dignity, in which we must find order.
This is the reason that the conscious preparation must always be present.
We should never avoid to reflect about each one of the responsibilities that we take.
Responsibilities reach many persons in a painful way because they acted without weighing consequences and if we act like this, we can hurt many innocents.
Sadly, this happens every day, we hurt the ones that we say we love, we hurt our loved ones and strangers, by example, we hurt the couple, we hurt the child that we brought to life when we don’t give him care and attention.
This happens because life is not to do and to undo, as a drawing on a paper. Life is something very beautiful, very important and filled with deep consequences.

When You Open the Heart. Mystical Contemplation

When you open the heart, the truth will reveal. Nevertheless, an easy comprehension will not happen because it is the language of the silence and the human mind is not capable of understanding this word, but there is a thin, narrow and delicate path, that is the discernment, which contemplates the spiritual eye.
When virtue is exalted, then, the mystical contemplation and the humility raise and reveals you more than the light of the sun. Be cautious, patient and diligent; that knowledge is not a fleeting word and is not an argument for a doctrinal combat either. It is always near the spiritual revelation.
Knowing the essence of the things and knowing, is to extend your deep look in a spiritual horizon, where you do not need words, because beauty has overcome wisdom.
And then you are not you, any longer but only the reality. Then, the blue of the sky and of the deep sea have melted, as the reason and the word, as the look of two beings in love that even though you separate them and put distance among them, you will never be able to truly separate them.
In this way the spiritual action becomes the real happening which has discovered the permanent thing. Be conscious that truth overcomes wisdom since his aroma is the beauty of the spirit that appeases, calms and solves everything as if you would take clear and pure water in a glass. You will be satiated of all thirst and the supreme experience stays. Since the truth has a name that few persons can repeat and this is unconditional Love.

The Power of Truth

To live, is a great opportunity to be all the Good, we can be. We don't need wings as the angels, but certainly, that would be nice. The reason to become the best is very simple, that Good will be our own good. That Truth will be light that will illuminate our life and the lives of all who surround us.
There are other alternatives of life, where we can reach glory and power very fast but this will be as a house founded under moving sand, with a crystal palace on top, which will break anytime. And those lies will spread by our path and it would be house of deceit and infidelity. For some persons, not facing reality can be a method of life, but is not a safe path.
But, great investments in order to live and to dream are: effort, work, dedication, determination and long hours dedicated to achieve our goals, to become a true person, surrounded by great human beings, with whom to share sincerity, honesty and devotion.
God, Who sees into our heart, into our reasons, will exalt the just and humiliate the insincere, whose heart is based only on vanity and we don't want this. We want to be solid bridge, we want God watching over us and when we claim to Him, we want Him to be present and call us by our name, because we are children of the Light, and His Light, always have to reflect.

For Those persons who evade Reality

If what you want out of life are leftovers, then to evade is your purpose. But this is something very sad, it is a sentence. How can you ever learn something, how can you be yourself, if you only copy from others and you don't awaken to your own identity.

There are many forms to evade, and all are terrible, all bring desolation. Among them, are: Idleness, procrastination and also, violence, bitterness, irritation. And why is this? Because we are evading love and friendship. We are not living but we are dying slowly within our own loneliness. The one who evades is not capable, on the contrary he/she self condemns.

We all have been called to have dreams and to make them come true. But by evading, we will never accomplish anything. And we will be in the darkness, in the shadows, in the emptiness. And, nevertheless, the one who evades, wants to reach everything and to fill everything, but does not want to give anything in return. And he will be left in a path twisted with selfishness and self repugnance.

It is like a flower that moves away from the sun and the rain, then, this flower withers without color and aroma. But all this does not have to keep happening.
Life must be lived with interest, joy and fullness.
God has established the world to be a place of love, understanding and total expression of life. It is a path, in which the different steps are taken by an active and conscious participation, where we unite every day to the own torrent of universal divine love, since only by living consciously, man will reach his destiny.

The Capricious Princess

The princess wanted everything and she had no limits. The king was very happy with the little princess to the point that he let her do as she wished. She had no limits and she did what she wanted to.

She was so free that seemed to have wings, nobody said no to her and she did as she pleased.

One night when the little princess saw the moon , she wanted it and the kingwanted to get the moon for her but it was so high that he couldn't and the princess had a tantrum and to please her, they brought precious stones and beautiful clothes but she was very upset and said:

-I don't want those, I have plenty of those. I want the moon.

The king was in despair because of her capricious daughter, and he brought the top scienticists and made them built a huge rocket where he sent the princess to the moon. And now every time that the moon is out, the king goes to the window and says hello to the little princess far in the moon since when she arrived there, she never got back.

Life is not a coincidence. We don't have a predetermined destiny and we are not supposed to simply survive.

We are beings created by True Love, we have a wonderful potential to live in abundance and this means that there is a talent or many natural, spiritual talents, which we have to develop and experience such as friendship, generosity, wisdom.
These experiences of life, will give us the answer to our purpose in life and also the wisdom to realize superior goals. Let's use time in a clear, concise and correct way. We have to understand that we are centers of energy and our will attracts good or bad.
We learn from every new moment and the most important teaching is that we are living reflections of Divine Love.
Peace, harmony, good health and progress are real and natural, even, healthy spiritual aspirations. Let's reflect and let's do the right actions and let's not live only to pass through. Let's enjoy learning and let's concentrate our attention in every detail of existence, in order to have gratitude to the Creator, to life, and to our fellow beings.

This relationship is very simple, but very valuable and can become a treasure in our life. The persons who appreciate time and space are conscious that every moment is as eternity and eternity is as every moment. The difference is in the Love that we put in our actions . Peace.

When Facing Pain. For Reflection

Much has been written about pain, in the lives of the human beings and in the world. To the point that is assumed as a natural condition, and is said: That is inevitable, unless the real spiritual awakening or illumination is reached, which allows to transcend the consciousness of the world and in this way, there is no justification of attachment neither with man nor with the world.

Thus, pain is transcended and besides, is necessary to generate a moral, compassionate, just and proper attitude so that, we do not contribute to generate more pain. And this is most interesting. But is not the aim of the story.

There is much to say.Pain can be classified in: Internal, external, objective, subjective, personal, social, psychological, spiritual, physical, superficial, deep, complex, direct, indirect, tragic, traumatic, frightful, terrifying.

In short, so much can be said about pain, that we certainly must recognize that is very close. But this does not have to mean; that pain must be the only option and that in order to be free from it, one must assume that the world is a valley of tears, and that we must bear our suffering and that in addition, suffering is good, even healthy.

I believe that all this should deserve our respect but I also think that is a regrettable form to justify pain.There is pain, certainly, in ignorance, in unconsciousness. But accepting pain, is to become his accomplice, to join alliances, to justify a doctrine.

Or even more, is to chain all in order to save all. It is like saying that pain saves us from pain.Pain, is the loss of Peace and Harmony, the lack of progress, friendship and love.

I think that is better to consider that the lack of solidarity, justice, compassion and service, are the immediate causes of pain, but I don’t want to justify pain.I must say that necessarily, pain must be separated of our life. And don’t think that pain because of pain, can’t bring any good. And here the sacrifice is understood, since is another sphere, where what is handled is not pain, but love that surpasses pain, and that the search for harmony, is not because everything is harmony, but that life must have order, exposition, method, doctrine, philosophy, science, faith, in order to fight pain and not to exalt it.

To sum up: The one who suffers more, is not more spiritual. At the same time, is not less certain that the one who suffers and overcomes the traumas of a great pain, has given a great advance in his growth, in his development as a person and also spiritually.

Because he did not remain, exalting the pain of the wounds in the body, soul and heart, and these have not made him believed in this truth, but in the truth that gave him joy, happiness and love and this is the truth that increases faith, joy and love.

We don’t mistreat a child to teach him pain, on the contrary, we avoid his suffering and we move him away from pain.Love and suffering can be present if we allow them.

But pain does not deserve to be the reason of spirituality and the foundation of faith. Because faith and spirituality and all good, will not be born from pain, but from the absence of it.The real man strengthens himself on Peace.

This is a path of development and continuity in the science and in the art of living.

The Unconditional Reality. Meditation

Beyond everything, beyond nothing, is man in front of himself. When we deepen in the meditation, then, the forms and the concepts, preferences, indifferences or what we reject, they all cease, we are left without solitude, direction, goal, or path.

This might seem a great contradiction but the answer is: that the form is contained in the no form and the moment has arrived that everything has been transcended even the transcending itself, neither viewer nor vision, there is nothing that can be compared. What has then been achieved of the meditation of this whole process of total and final dissolution, what do we leave or do we reach?

The answer is of course, beyond words. It is that which is completely indescribable, also inconceivable. It is the mind without mind, beyond the form and the no form, beyond freedom or slavery, wisdom or ignorance, certainly it is to have overcome and transcended all the forms, causes, effects, reasons and no reasons. Then, there is no longer any distance, is no longer necessary to make or not to make, there is no purpose then, where are we, where have we arrived?

Let's make a pause ...in this reflection and meditation...at the same time ... The unconditional has arisen, rather, the condition which is by itself unconditional, that doesn't conceive either actions or reactions.

Let's pause again...All the frontiers have fallen and the reasons begin to be distinguished clearly. The reasons of the thought and of the feeling, no longer contain the man.

Purity is so pure that not only goes beyond everything that shines but beyond ignorance and wisdom: The Unconditional Reality.

World Peace. Inspirational

The explanation may seem evident and repetitive but we don't have Peace in the world, not only for obvious reasons such as violence, selfishness, ambition and arrogance. There is a more subtle one, which may be uncertain for some and inexplicable or absurd for others. The lack of Peace in the world is not only in the world but is also in the man, who contends against nature and who also confuses and often uses the name of God as a weapon. This exposition is not meant to be criticism just trying to relate, that if we forget the importance of the elements in nature and the importance of its inhabitants then. The issue is so simple tragic and absurd as to ask fruits to a withered tree, when we have forgotten to water with tenderness, dedication, sensibility and kindness, the garden, which will provide sustenance. How man is supposed to be satiated when he does not have inner peace, when there is no serenity among men, or friendship does not exist ? Everything alive and beautiful is used in such a manner, that offends its inner value. A flower is not a flower. The water is not water, neither the earth, the air, nor life itself. Everything has become a hideous play that uses innocence and charm. And corrupts by manipulating them, instead of looking for the final objective of Peace and Love. The mind of man weakens, then, he believes all lies and becomes addicted and dependent upon power and glory without any concern for the bloodshed. Life did not have this objective, the purpose was not that of pressure, exhaustion or becoming inflamed as fire, rather was and must be, praise, prayer and charity. The sea, the earth, the air, the fire, the wood, the metal, have been subjugated by man and not only this, but in his foolish eagerness, he has tied down his neck, his hands, his feet and his heart. Man drowns when he goes into the darkness which is so vast and confusing that makes him lose his sense of reality. There is no Peace in the world because there is no Peace in the heart and there is no Peace in the heart because we don't look for Peace in life. We attack life in such a way, that there is blood under our feet and in front of our eyes but we don't see it, instead, we have reached a total state of blindness, deceit and neglected heart. To change all this load, which is the load of man and the world, we have to take one step at a time, by consciously realizing that we will become truly rich and powerful when we all, accept that the reason of life is to Love life; and then Peace and Harmony will spring forth from earth, as a seed which brings the secret of eternity.

What to do during difficult times?

I know that there are times in which heaven seems to be like stone, the earth seems a hot iron and if we take a step back, we would face the abyss. Situations, circumstances, where we feel that we don't have any kind of control. And where everything is loss, desolation, loneliness, misery and anguish. But you must understand that in those moments, you are accompanied by an inner, superior force that wants to help you, but needs that you discover that there is power in faith. And although the resources and possibilities seem terrible, you have to know that it is the time and opportunity to be yourself. And by feeling apparently alone, you call unto God since you have this ability. If the world seems to be burning, you can meet the Creator who will not allow anything to hurt you but you have to do the effort of improving and excelling because the conditions that you are facing now, have not come alone, since there are series of events in which you have intervened directly or indirectly and which have made you vulnerable. But remember that this is the exterior world, in the inner world, in your faith, God has put a commandment, which is to love you and to lead you towards peace and prosperity. But you must grow and mature, you have to go beyond your senses and allow Love to intervene and in this way, you will know his strength, his purity, his compassion, his justice and his kindness. Take refuge in prayer, but not as a escape but as fortitude where you will recover from the wounds. Life, sometimes, turns into a terrible battle but you have to learn to be yourself, to search for good, expressing charity and equity and then, you will gather the fruits. If you think that you are not getting them, that life is not fair, that you are thirsty, hungry, that you are experiencing cold and disease, don't think that everything has been lost. I have been and I have known extreme situations but the presence of God has always intervened. The creation is Love and Love keeps on being the primordial light. It may be that you are sick, alone, that you feel confused, that they have broken your heart in a thousand pieces, that your friends have left you, that nobody comes to see you. It may even happen that you are in a desert with nobody in sight, or you may be in a mountain made out of iron. Or you may not have food, you may feel exhausted, or feeling the open wounds and feeling like dying. Or you may feel like facing hell, or in front of a killer who wants to hurt you. It does not matter, how serious the situation is. I want you to know that God exists and that he is waiting for you to open your heart and receive Him. Then, you will see the Creator in you. But don't look for Him only in times of need but because He is wisdom, justice, truth and especially because He loves you since you were in your mother's womb. He is the source of life and the life of the whole universe. He will never abandon you. When your last moment comes in life and you start facing death, don't think that He has left you. He will always be with you and at the same time, He will always be waiting for you. His embrace is absolute, whole. He will not push you back. Call unto Him and be as worthy as possible to receive Him. Although we cannot raise to Him, be humble to listen, to look for Him and although you may be in an extreme situation, He will always be in you. He will never abandon you.

The Smile and the Tear

A voice filled with anguish and desperation was heard in a house of the town who said: "A smile has been lost and nobody can find her, where is she?"
There was silence and after a few minutes, it was heard in another house:" A tear has been lost, where is she? nobody can find her."
Then, all the lights were turned on and everybody started searching and asking: " Have you seen her? Did you see her pass?"
Finally, the townspeople searched and searched but could not find them; and they searched so far that they found themselves near a big mountain, but since they could not find them, they decided to go to the top of the mountain.
All the people escalated the mountain, which they have never done before since the top was very steep and sharp-edged; and there in the very same top, in a very small space, they saw the smile and the tear. The winds were very strong at that height and the smallest mistake would make them fall and then, they would die for sure.
The smile and the tear were embraced and their relatives started calling them: " Smile, come here!""Tear, come right now!" But they did not answer.The winds kept getting stronger and they called them again: " Smile, please come down." "Tear, come down here."
Then, they answered: " We wanted to be friends for a long time but you did not let us, you tried to separate us, even more, you spoke bad, you tried to influence us to feel hatred, anger and despise each other but that did not happen. We chose this place because we thought that you could not reach us and now we don't want to be separated, even more, we would rather die than be separated."
Their relatives were truly very different but when they heard what they said, they felt ashamed and they had to recognize that they had been wrong; and decided that they had to respect the differences and then, they said:" Smile and Tear, please come down, we love you and you both can be friends"
And it happened that Smile and Tear came down and approached their relatives and they laughed and cried. And now, in that town, their people are more fulfilled and happier. Everybody can express freely without fear of been mistreated or discriminated.
Persons can laugh, cry and that is the reason that they have evolved in the art of living.

The Inner Vision

Self Control Spiritual Self Control

We usually try to define a subject and usually end up by been redundant and without a clear and definite explanation. By example, when we say, the word, "relaxing," are we tranquil and calmed, maybe? In the same way, the term "self control" has been defined, as control of ourselves, but this explanation deserves to be improved and explained. Self control is not a method of action or individual sensation, beyond other psychological, spiritual elements, but rather, the result of many processes and sub processes at the same time.
Self control comes from processes as intimate and personal as self love, directing us immediately, to take responsibility for the action . And not because, we may feel that we should take action in a certain way, but it means to take action in a disciplined way towards ourselves.
Self control evolves together with other processes, becoming more complete, as discipline and order in life. Then, this self love also is a conscious commitment of been alert and to watch for possible mistakes or confusions. This will take us to the method of self control, which needs of study and reflection, discipline and practice, which will crown, this logical, practical and realistic goal.
But, there is another self control, deeper and more complete and perfect: The Mystic Self Control, derivation of an important spiritual experience, not only of visions, and perceptions of worlds, planes, or superior concepts, but from an experience of grace, that increases and is explained like this: When, spiritually, we receive Love, this mystic experience, liberates man from selfishness and transforms the personal love into universal Love.
Then, man acquires equilibrium, and temperance which are integral and are not found in motives of conflict or frustration, and that heart is in equilibrium, and can't be confused because of his peace and serenity, reaching, then, the mystic contemplation in the flowing of his spirit, which is constant emanation of grace, serenity and calm.
This self control is spontaneous and free, without conflict and contradiction. Now, going back to the beginning: By observing our actions and consciously guiding them, in an initial form of control, which will keep on developing, because this comes from spiritual strength, which looks for peace and plenitude of grace, and this is the reason, and the path to control: Self look and self analysis and to choose the appropriate method for not breaking the balance, between our will and the universe.
And this self control is an intrinsic and explicit answer to the behavior and equilibrium that exist in man and the universe. The spiritual self control is more than reasoning since comes before motivation of faith in superior virtues. At the beginning, good is imitated or copied, then, with study and reflection, self control becomes the method of life, which will be applied to our whole being. Self control is not a sentence, sword, or thorns in the heart, but rather is the order in a song, as rhythm, melody, perfect measure of the notes and silence to reach the desired goals.

Meditation. Short Story. For Reflection

The meditator opened his eyes after long hours of meditation and he saw the picture of a beautiful landscape in front of him.
And he wondered: “How can I see this landscape and it cannot see me?”
And he asked the picture:“Why don’t you see me?”
And the picture answered: ” I do see you.”
“How can you see me if you don’t have eyes?” asked the meditator.
And the picture said:“I don’t need eyes to see you, I can see you anyway.”
“I don’t understand you” said the meditator.
And the picture said: “Close your eyes. And now you see me and I see you because there is no distance neither separation.”
The meditator, then, understood and knew that the picture had always been looking at him. And from that moment on, he understood that he could see. That everybody could see; and to remember, he only had to close his eyes.
Since everyone was there:The seer and the vision. The vision and the seer.

Where is Happiness. For Reflection

Who has stolen it ? Who has taken it away ? Perhaps the sun, or maybe was the moon or the stars, or is hidden on the top of the mountain or behind the top of the trees ?
Have the clouds concealed it ? Where is Happiness ? Who has taken it away ? Maybe the wind kill it ? Who has been ? They probably put an ambush , how cruel. Why nobody dared to defend it ? Did they kill it in a solitary place and in cold blood ? Poor Happiness, how lonely it must have felt. How sad. I can't understand this since Happiness was so giving, its wonderful presence, its joy, smile, sweetness, compassion. Why did they kill it ? What we have done, may seem strange, incomprehensible, irrational, absurd, but I want to ask: Is this not what humanity does with its own destiny, with its path , with its surroundings? With the things that they don't understand or don't want to understand ?
Humanity may give the impression that they advance while they go back. The world is ancient of its own reality. Man wants to be happy at the expense of another's happiness and because of it he can even kill. There is almost no humanity left. Happiness is hidden or it has been killed.

Let's not forget ever than Purity , Respect and Dignity are fundamental elements of Happiness. If we take them away if we deny them, we will also kill Happiness.

Let's make a difference, let's take care of Happiness by cultivating Peace, Uprightness, Respect and Dignity.

The Importance of Listening.

This is a subject directly related to joy and happiness . It is beyond riches and poverty , even beyond everything . This everything may be good health and disease .

The Love that we receive and the Love that we give are most important . Every living being needs recognition , understanding , dedication , support , affection , tenderness . The plenitude of life is not the gold but the treasure of been accepted . This is a process , similar to a very fine instrument , which has to be perfectly tuned in order to give the best of itself . Here is one of the pillars , the foundation that supports a creative , strong , healthy and generous society .

The persons are not prepared , even more , they are not educated to have consideration and the right attitude .

We have to reflect , to meditate , to consider the consequences for every performance in life . Because life is made of the right fulfillment of our actions and the little touches are most important .

We all are important . We all are royalty and subjects . We all are children of Love , Peace and Justice but very few know this and their actions are completely opposed .

Man is constantly hurting himself .
This is necessary to consider and understand :
And it happens when our actions are not the ones that our spiritual nature demands as children of true Love , as sensible and conscious beings of an active spirituality and not by coincidence but by order , harmony and peace .

The list of requirements may seem endless but it may be summarized in being real , original , true , authentic and in love with life .

Then , we are closing our eyes , living in darkness , in the kingdom of shadows .
True Love is not only poetry , a passing affection , or a simple expression of love . It is an expression of constant improvement and renewal .

Our happiness is found beyond giving and receiving but through that process , life awakes and the spiritual intelligence expands and grows in life . And life is the art and inspiration of the Divine Creator .

People may think that is necessary to have a profound, vast spirit, a sharp capacity of reflection and a firm, unalterable method of discernment. But, mainly, what is most important is to be more natural, much more fragile, vulnerable and pure.
Everything starts when a need, a thirst of knowing, of learning is discovered. And essentially, when we learn to listen with the heart. Since, only in this way, the spirit understands, the mind matures and the eyes of the soul, open. When man declares with his word, praising the truth of Love. The one who listens is nourished, renewed and strengthened. And by this grace, the work is done in the consciousness because there is clarity in the heart.
To discern means, to value wisdom. Also, to mature in experience, and to approach understanding. Because the mind is drawing up a map which begins in a humble way, by a first trace, that is like a first step, to seal the commitment of life, which determines that man is not a passive observant of destiny but that he will look for the spiritual means to evolve and grow. Because in the inspired word, the faith deepens, Love becomes alive. Since, after listening, then is wanted to live. And this is revealed and transformed into a flower. Because the knowledge preserves purity and wisdom. Enriching and motivating all the life of man. Self Listening. Self Understanding.

To accomplish self understanding, is necessary to be able to have self listening. We may think that we don't know ourselves but if we have never listened to ourselves, then, we have been walking in opposite directions and also placing a wall of iron or movable sand in between. It happens that most of the persons know very little about themselves. They don't know the main reason of their feelings since they are dominated by the external, superficial thought, which is passing and circumstantial. And this reaches the point that we form a parallel personality that says nothing about ourselves. Then, the inner world is isolated, desolated, abandoned and afflicted. And it turns out that we don't want to see, to feel and we take this form of dialogue to extremes, by being separated of our reality. This separation is the formation of apparent realities that give place to laugh when we don't feel like it or to cry when we don't want to. As a consequence of this, man gets lost and can't find himself. He, then loses the self esteem and the purpose of life, making him to be, what he is not and when he finds himself in a reality that is not his, the desolation and the crisis identity arises. This makes him to live a life that is too frivolous, too erratic, without a real purpose since he is not making use of himself, on the contrary, he is not knowing himself and the conflict, then, arises, while the physical health declines emotionally and mentally speaking. For this reason, the external thought is not the right one because is equivalent to taking too many risks without measuring the consequences. The problem is that the external thought is compulsive and if we are vulnerable and susceptible, then, we are not going to be able to reflect. The spirituality admits that the reflection is one of the most important processes because only using the reflection, we can measure the actions and its consequences. The reflection needs of maturity and this comes with time. It cannot be reliable if it has not been developed, it is worth to say, that if we don't have the discipline of reflection, then it will be inefficient. Man needs his judgment to be mature and not impulsive. The reflection guides us to quietude and silence because it defines and where we find more spaces where we can listen to ourselves and when we listen to ourselves, we can pay attention to the inner voices, to those moments and circumstances that have marked our lives in such a way that make us to be as we are.Nevertheless, this must not be the beginning or the end. We have to negotiate, to exchange opinions with ourselves and to learn. But taking the external life is as driving at high speed, without criterion and responsibility, which can take us to misleading directions or paths. Even more, we may think that we have everything in life, without been really ours because we have taken the wrong decisions, because we didn't listen enough. This is not only based in what we need but also based on what we can contribute. We must learn the difference between the impulses and the right reflection. We all have to give and to receive and for this is necessary to live. Then, let's look for excellence, development and let's never forget about ourselves because if we do, we'll see how life just pass by. We then, must listen to ourselves, be attentive, reflect and then act.

The perspiration, blood and soil joined. And from the steps on the path, the footprints formed. For some, is destiny and for others, it simply is the mystery that is woven between heaven and earth.
Destiny is the same mystery , that every day is traveled in the circle of life. Will it be by will or by decision that this soul that I called mine expands in the infinity of life ?
And the feeling, the thinking, the actions have been interwoven and the rigor of the discipline has been fused. Will this be Divine Will ? Will it be inexorable punishment ?
You can only understand when by virtue of the work and effort of having sowed in the path, our hands are hurt with the thorns. And from the blood arises the red flower, blood that being mixed with seed and soil, gives the rose of fire.
Feeling, passion, consciousness make me aware of my own incomprehension. And there, I look for the true God because He knows how to heal my wounds. He knows the answer to every question. He makes of the discipline : Honor, dignity, and a path of truth out of the effort.

The Meaning of Mystic Healing Art.

An image, is a center of attention, concentration and abstraction. Besides this fact, which is evident, there are other happenings, as truly extraordinary as every person is. Yes, every person has the ability in his unconscious, to see with his brain, with his heart, with a superior sense called intuition. All this can be summarized in an easy explanation which is absolutely real: To feel with the heart. In other words, it does not need reasoning to understand, does not need to listen, in order to know, since immediately, understands, comprehends, knows and relates and interacts and flows, better said, navigates and surrenders, embraces and becomes one with the image.
Why is this?
Because, these Mystic Healing Art images have been configured with the secret keys that configure life. The circle is the sign and living sense of balance, harmony, perfection and Love. We find in its center, a star, representing balance which is the universal law, that sustains life and therefore is Love, because has inner equilibrium, because there is equilibrium in everything in existence.

The star has always represented the union of man and the universe. The circle represents infinity and that combination is called Eternity.

And what eternity would be without peace and peace without love and love without peace and peace without health and love?

The process of learning, is in truth, the process of experiencing, and what the spiritual science refers to, is that the living experience should try to, and should finally reach what can not be reached by any other method : A lasting peace, which, of course will take us to a personal relationship with God, including in this whole dynamics, an elaborated improvement in our consciousness and in our conduct towards all that exist in the universe.
So that, to learn is to initiate us in the discernment of the conscious practice, of the method of spiritual awakening, discovering and recognizing the real needs that cover life expectancy.
Because, the aspects that are evident as love, service, surrender are not the only ones that are spiritual, but the elemental aspects are also spiritual, as the ones required in daily life : to love, to breath and to self develop in all the stages, including, of course, from the economic to the intimate things, because the spiritual life is like that. Faith. the Path to Eternity.

The man who walks with the eyes open, sees what he thinks is the reality but as the day darkens, he can't proceed. And if there was a faint brightness, he may fall down in the abyss if coming too close to a curve in the road.

Faith is more than a light. It is a guide in the path to eternity. Even more, it is Wisdom that opens the heart. Love that moves the hardest heart. Peace that renews and makes life possible. And especially, it is the Love present in every moment, that shelters, preserves, protects, nourishes and offers solidarity. It never discriminates but always accompanies, cries and laughs for us and in us.

Faith is not only a word, it is hope and life. It is a fulfilled promise and infinite tenderness. Faith is yesterday, today and always.

When the man walks in Faith, although his eyes seem to be closed, he will reach his goal because God is taking him by the hand.

Do you know why the sky is blue? Do you know why the flowers have colors? Do you know why the paths reach a certain destiny?
The sky is reflection of the sea. The color of the flower is the happiness of God. And the destiny is the end or beginning of each human being alive.

There is a mystery in everything, which has to be resolved by each one; that is the reason that there is a tomorrow either to begin or to end.
The flower that is been born is like hope, trust and Love. A flower that withers is like the farewell, like disillusionment, even worse, like the death of love. But, somewhat, we all are part of a shared destiny that can be happy or sad and which we will reach as a goal or we will abandon without having taken either a step.

The true life is for the ones who have the courage to live and the life that is not life is for the one who does not surrender to feel and to listen to what his heart wants to say.

The sky is blue for the one who follows his dreams and makes them come true. But the sky will be gray for the one who does not dare to feel even his own heart. For these ones, there will be no sea, no sky, no flower, no smiles, no hope but the destiny coming to an end only. And it will be like the withered flower. There will be no solution. There will be no cure, only the end.

Short Story about She and the Other One.

The sun came out looking magnificent and when She looked through the window said:
" How dreadful is the light!"
The Other One, on the contrary, smiled and was grateful to life.The morning continued and the birds of the sky sang along with the morning and when She listened, She said:
" These animals make so much noise and are so fastidious!"
But the Other One, enjoyed in silence, to see the birds of the sky expressing their happiness and thought: " The sky and the rain give me happiness, this is a song that not only brings joy to the hearts but also nourishes the earth. How beautiful is the rain!"
The afternoon passed and the night arrived along with the stars, but She said:
" Small pieces of light, insignificant little stars, they should be darkness instead."
But the Other One was happy and said: " Welcome my friends, you are so pretty and beautiful but above everything, you are always there so we can contemplate you."
It happened then, that Death and Life had to choose that day whom they would take, and we can understand what happened, Life wanted to appeal for the two and tried to rescue them but Death said: " Life, let's not have a discussion, my strange sister, because another mornings will come, let each of us take what is ours today." And they did. The next morning, only one voice of life was heard: " How beautiful is the light of the morning!"

Sublime Love. The Love of God.

It is the eternal spiritual Love. Sublime Love is the Love of God; is the Love that teaches, gives orientation, understanding, transform and brings true happiness. In this Love there is no selfishness, there is no good or bad, it is superior to all conditions and reasons, that is why in the beginning, an eternal Love is beyond all that we can understand.

The spiritual Love is the love of union, the Love that by being divine is not based in human laws, who does not live of any needs but of its own plenitude; and it gives all. Sublime, endearing Love, true Love.

Learning to Fly. For Reflection

Many, many years ago, before Civilization was known as such, a man looked at the sky and to the birds flying and singing, flapping their wings, going up and coming down. And the man started to flap his arms as if they were wings. The day and afternoon passed and the night came. His arms were tired, to the point that he could not lift them up.

The next day, he started to flap his arms again and he did this for several days until his arms became rigid and he started experiencing a lot of pain and to feel sad, desolated and frustrated. And he would think: " How is possible for others to play in the height of that wonderful sky?" While he was like encrusted to the earth.

He then, experiencing a lot of pain, went to get consolation in the wise advice of the oldest man of the region. When he reached him, he saw that the old man was smiling while contemplating the flying of the birds.
He told the old man about his sadness: " I want to be able to fly but my arms do not know how. I am under a lot of pain because I tried for days and nights but it did not happen. It was even worse because I could not even get up not even a little bit. My arms seem like old branches pointing to the ground. But my dream was the sky. What can I do?"

And the wise man said: " Come and sit by my side, let's see how those birds play and have fun in that blue sky. Give your arms some rest that only time will heal. Look, I will teach you how to fly like any of those birds. Center your look but above everything, open your heart, then, you will start feeling that there is no distance between you and those birds flying and that wonderful sky because in truth the one who flies has to learn to Love. Then, with the happiness of the bird, raise your look to the sky and then, you are already flying. Then, you don't touch the ground. You are already in the sky and you learn to fly in this way"

The Essential Cosmic Energy in the Art.

I capture in the art work, the tenderness and texture of the cosmic energy, which is the essential energy of life, better known in the east as Chi, Qi, Ki.
I incorporate in my works, the necessary elements that act as mediator in the order between man and the universe. Because I grasp, interpret and capture the essential rhythm in the vital synergy of color that is needed and the elements that represent it. In such a way that they can act as a source of prosperity and constant benefit.
Each work has in itself as goal, to be the ideal bridge between the infinite universal cosmos and man and his concrete real world.

The Enchanted Forest

In the enchanted forest the trees withered and the lakes and rivers dried. The birds stop singing and flew away from that sky. The flowers withered also, the sun got darker and not even the moon showed her pale shine. The wind froze. It seemed that everything was dead.

The days passed and the earth was dry because the enchanted forest became full of demons and their howls and shrieks were heard. That enchanted forest was sad and desolated. Was all lost? Was all destroyed?

More time passed but one day a very small light appeared in that enchanted forest, that would grow more and more every day. The light became large and full of colors and the fields became full of flowers. The terrified demons went away. The lakes and rivers were full again with abundant fish. The sky became full of colors, the moon was shining. The valleys became green with plenty of delicious fruits. The forest became splendorous.

And I did not understand what was happening. How could that small light changed everything? It transformed everything. It all came back to life. They could not deadly wound Love. Because the light of Hope will live forever in that enchanted forest.

This might seem a great contradiction but the answer is: that the form is contained in the no form and the moment has arrived that everything has been transcended even the transcending itself, neither viewer nor vision, there is nothing that can be compared.
What has then been achieved of the meditation of this whole process of total and final dissolution, what do we leave or do we reach?

The answer is of course, beyond words. It is that which is completely indescribable, also inconceivable. It is the mind without mind, beyond the form and the no form, beyond freedom or slavery, wisdom or ignorance, certainly it is to have overcome and transcended all the forms, causes, effects, reasons and no reasons.
Then, there is no longer any distance, is no longer necessary to make or not to make, there is no purpose then, where are we, where have we arrived?

Let's make a pause ...in this reflection and meditation...at the same time ...
The unconditional has arisen, rather, the condition which is by itself unconditional, that doesn't conceive either actions or reactions.

Let's pause again...
All the frontiers have fallen and the reasons begin to be distinguished clearly. The reasons of the thought and of the feeling, no longer contain the man. Purity is so pure that not only goes beyond everything that shines but beyond ignorance and wisdom:

When we think big, our imagination goes beyond open fields to sidereal spaces and these are great experiences. But, what is truly and absolutely greater is to experience tenderness. When it touches us deeply, we are left speechless.

This feeling exceeds reflection and goes beyond analysis, leaving us face to face with Truth Itself, in front of which, we all are vulnerable, in front of which, we all surrender. Because the truth of Love is an unlimited life in plenitude and spirit, which really overflows, removing all the obstacles of selfishness. Since Love is service, surrender, shared happiness, which does not decrease but keeps growing.

There are so many reasons of tenderness around us.! This is the true greatness of life, found in the small things, in the day by day. Let's reflect and let's not miss the fundamental. We don't have to travel to far away places because the Happiness of Life is found in front of us.

To be able to realize and live in a world of peace and prosperity, is essential to protect our mind and heart, acting in the right and fair way. This, will increase our faith and the heart will start vibrating with the purpose of Love. And trust will flow, filling us with Love for everyone. Let's cultivate the purity of heart and action, since this is true spirituality!

Forgive and Forget. For Reflection

To forgive is larger than to forget. Since, it is forgiven not because the wound is not open anymore but because I can see beyond my pain to the point of believing that the one who hurt, who damaged me, may be able to change and become a better person. And not to suffer the same wound and not to go through the same desolation again since forgiveness is the most genuine manifestation of the divine presence in the human heart.

Forgiveness does not mean that we are going to pretend that the things did not happen, but to be conscious of having been hurt and mistreated but definitely not believing in the mistreatment. The genuine forgiveness is always born of God's love which strengthens man, and turns him into love itself, not because man is masochistic, neither for the size of the physical, moral, psychological, superficial or permanent wound but because forgiveness is the will of God, who calls to conciliation and peace to that one who has committed the damage, that one who is the actor and conductor of evil.

This is forgiveness: You hurt me but I call you to Love, so that you can be different, so that you can realize that there is no reason for violence. And you, who hurt me, you are free from the primordial evil since forgiveness is the vocation of an even larger forgiveness, which is that God becomes present in the heart of each one and of all. That is the reason that to forgive is truly superior, it is to be reborn, to transform and to raise above any conflict. Victim and executioner, then, stop being bully and abused and all darkness will pass because to forgive always is to hope in Love.

The Great Search.Life and its Mystery

When silence speaks, the word listens, when the word speaks, silence listens; when silence stops talking, the word speaks, when the word stops talking, silence speaks. The origin of the all and the nothing, come from a common source. They are and it is the image that is seen and the one that is hidden, they are and it is the science that knows and discovers and they also are the science that does not know and that ignores.

Man can devise and lose himself in his reflection and can find and get the revelation about what for the thought is impossible to analyze and to solve.
The all and the nothing are like a container, where life exists. Its form and walls are firm and concrete, its emptiness contains the great vast sea of the probabilities of the future non lived yet, but that someday will be lived. It is a glass filled with its own emptiness.

How can word and silence be separated, if they are one? But always, one stops talking and the other arises and always one expresses while the other waits. The all and the nothing reflect life and its mystery.

And then, not to experience any difference between the river and the blood. Between the wind and the breath. Between the skin and the whole surface of the earth. Meditation is the immense source of sweetness that has no beginning and no end. Who always says with tenderness:

The Secret of Happiness

I am going to reveal, the secret of happiness which is not an exclusive science, told by this or that one. Rather is, an inner care, very delicate, in truth, but that necessarily applies as a perfect mathematical formula, which makes of life, earth, men and the spaces of this world and of many other worlds, a circle of perfect harmony.

It is to take good care of the ones close by or near you, and to instill true friendship. This allows your smile, your happiness as well as the others, to expand more, everyday in you and in others.

Start with a small goal...
Happiness is initiated as a small seed but once it is awaken, it grows and starts embracing everything as fire that does not burn, but gives light and warmth, that in turn, is human and divine. And that once is lighted, it never denies anyone, on the contrary, is a torch in your path. But for this, to cover the universe, is necessary that you always be natural, and that in turn, you welcome everyone as precious treasures.

Leave behind, the animosity, feed on happiness and forgiveness. And always put God first
in your heart.

First, we have to define the meaning of good health and then we will be able to understand the reason of losing it and how to bring it back. But this topic is vast and in this introduction, it will be developed as a small grain of sand with many more to be added until becoming a large and strong mountain.

Good health is a perfect harmony among the inner self and the external universe . It also is fullness of Love in all its manifestations and recollections . And essentially is spiritual peace because to be healthy is to generate and regenerate in the good , as much personal as social , as much physical as psychological.

The spiritual health is above everything : Self knowledge, self acceptance ; it is to flow in a perfect harmony of perfect balance based on " To live and let live " and based on " To be and to let go".

And from this . we can infer that good health is harmony which is productive , constructive and collaborative. It is a personal and also a group process where the individual collaborates and participates with the whole universe , having respect for its order ,norms , principles and foundations.

In order to be healthy is necessary to have the ability , of looking for good as a goal, not in a passive , tedious or boring way.

To be healthy requires information and profundity .Good health requires of progress in the ability and understanding of living and coexisting among ourselves and nature , otherwise the balance of life is unnecessarily and unavoidably broken .

Illness as great evil of ever process that precedes death is defined as the rupture of the inner balance . In principle, illness is the lack or absence or Peace , of the presence od Love, which is not only a noble feeling, but is the vital energy that allows to maintain the functions of life.

The spiritual definitions is that the sickest persons are the ones who are selfish, envious, idler, lustfull ,morbid, sadist , cruel, arrogant, or the ones who enjoy any evil. And besides, the one who does not have self respect and appreciation for the world around.

Harmony does not exist in illness, since this is mortification and the product of a difference of excess giving place to lack of the elements needed for renovation or regeneration towards good health.

The emphasis on this spiritual topic is that the mirror where good health is reflected is on happiness. And the mirror where illness is reflected is on bitterness.

The human soul tries to find happiness but happiness can not be given by any man ,culture, doctrine or institution can only be given through a personal relationship with God and it is needed ,to want, to improve, to accept our mistakes, to recognize and not to go in denial. Spiritually saying, we are receptacles, capable of containing the energy of renewal and health . We have to believe in a superior good and without doubts, to accept this option in our lives, to illuminate the darkness of illness which dissipates and extinguishes it. From the spiritual perspective , illness is the implicit lack of love.

We conclude and point out that illness is : hate , lie , slander , jealousy . Pretending to be the only owners , and trying to make out of man , an slave of the evil called power and control .
Illness happens when the soul is sad , with no hope , she can't look inside and she can't make of that inner space , a clamor for Peace .

But if man finds himself lost and prisoner to the compulsion of evil and lies, and if he clamors with sincerity , even once , there is a wonderful truth: That clamor will move the spirit of life and will move heaven and Mercy will show .
This is the spiritual healing : When the heart is open , the grace of transfiguration is received , disappearing evil in its essence . Then, man abandons his lack of love and begins to walk in the conscious practice of Peace , which is the natural source of spiritual health.
