You may fight me as much as you want, I don't need to fight back, I know your strength and weakness, even more, I have the power to make you laugh and cry; I can convince you and make you weak, also, I can debilitate, scare you.

Sublime Love. The Love of God.

It is the eternal spiritual Love. Sublime Love is the Love of God; is the Love that teaches, gives orientation, understanding, transform and brings true happiness. In this Love there is no selfishness, there is no good or bad, it is superior to all conditions and reasons, that is why in the beginning, an eternal Love is beyond all that we can understand.

The spiritual Love is the love of union, the Love that by being divine is not based in human laws, who does not live of any needs but of its own plenitude; and it gives all. Sublime, endearing Love, true Love.

When can I see You?

Tell me, why do I think about you? Why do I feel you? Why do I dream about you?

Tell me, Your ship has left, hasn't it?

Tell me that your sky has not gotten dark.Tell me that love is as a flower that is always fresh.Tell me and then if our paths are distant.

Then, it is not our destiny.What is it? How is it? When can I see you again?

Meditation. The Unconditional Reality.

Beyond everything, beyond nothing, is man in front of himself. When we deepen in the meditation, then, the forms and the concepts, preferences, indifferences or what we reject, they all cease, we are left without solitude, direction, goal, or path.

This might seem a great contradiction but the answer is: that the form is contained in the no form and the moment has arrived that everything has been transcended even the transcending itself, neither viewer nor vision, there is nothing that can be compared.
What has then been achieved of the meditation of this whole process of total and final dissolution, what do we leave or do we reach?

The answer is of course, beyond words. It is that which is completely indescribable, also inconceivable. It is the mind without mind, beyond the form and the no form, beyond freedom or slavery, wisdom or ignorance, certainly it is to have overcome and transcended all the forms, causes, effects, reasons and no reasons.
Then, there is no longer any distance, is no longer necessary to make or not to make, there is no purpose then, where are we, where have we arrived?

Let's make a pause ...in this reflection and meditation...at the same time ...
The unconditional has arisen, rather, the condition which is by itself unconditional, that doesn't conceive either actions or reactions.

Let's pause again...
All the frontiers have fallen and the reasons begin to be distinguished clearly. The reasons of the thought and of the feeling, no longer contain the man. Purity is so pure that not only goes beyond everything that shines but beyond ignorance and wisdom:
The Unconditional Reality.

Tenderness. Inspirational. For Reflection.

When we think big, our imagination goes beyond open fields to sidereal spaces and these are great experiences. But, what is truly and absolutely greater is to experience tenderness. When it touches us deeply, we are left speechless.

This feeling exceeds reflection and goes beyond analysis, leaving us face to face with Truth Itself, in front of which, we all are vulnerable, in front of which, we all surrender. Because the truth of Love is an unlimited life in plenitude and spirit, which really overflows, removing all the obstacles of selfishness. Since Love is service, surrender, shared happiness, which does not decrease but keeps growing.

There are so many reasons of tenderness around us.! This is the true greatness of life, found in the small things, in the day by day. Let's reflect and let's not miss the fundamental. We don't have to travel to far away places because the Happiness of Life is found in front of us.

The Art of Relaxation

There is an art which is sacred, even though is simple. And which calls to calm, stillness and to peace in the breath. The body is alive but without moving, as immersed and absorbed
in a dimension of plenitude and self space, where the ideas flow with no violence and the consciousness deepens.
An art that contemplates silence in such a depth that the whole human nature is absorbed and the spirit flows as if it was a spring of sweetness.

The spiritual path is filled with dreams expectations and great hopes.All these are very important, significant and necessary but there is something that has to complement all this desire to excel which is:

Loving the work to be done as a discipline of time and space. It is there where in truth the identity and the practical commitment for spiritual achievement
so much desired will be forged.

The accomplishment of spiritual experiences such as:Peace, control and abundant health
can't be only aspirations. It is not only to close our eyes nor to be filled with lovely ideas
but also is dedication and commitment.

All this wonderful universe that surround us is the product of a just equilibrium in which we all learn to give and to receive. Love will make us free and filled with wisdom and to reach Love and Wisdom one has to be patient, tolerant, a worthy student in a practical way of the sincere and true: "Art of Living"
